I have tried unsuccessfully for THREE WEEKS to return some merchandise without success.
. I acknowledged receipt of my $91 order on April 20th but have to return a number of items.
I have called them on numerous occasions and no one answers the phone.
. I have sent them three emails and have not received a reply.

I have attempted to use their chat service on two separate occasions and was advised that if I stayed in cue, there was a 1.2 hour wait.
. I have tried to use their return system unsuccessfully on 3 occasions.
I have nothing positive to say about SHEIN; their customer service is deplorable!

Hi there, I ordered from SHEIN some stuff and the delivery day was on May 5 or May 12, but they delivered my order early, which was Uni Uni company, and they delivered my order on May 1. They delivered my order, but I didn't receive it, and I searched everywhere.
I asked my neighbors. Nobody took it. I went and checked the Uni Uni reviews, and everybody complained about Uni Uni that they deliver the order and then take pictures, and then they are going to take back the order, and they're selling the products. You can go and check the Uni Uni reviews.
Also, whatever happened to my order happened to the other customers too.
I spent money, and I didn't get anything back. I would like you to refund my money because I'm really sad that I spent money and got nothing.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apparently, the package was sent to another post office out of the district where it was supposed to be sent.
That took extra time and when I went to the post office it was sent to, it was already in route to where it was supposed to be sent originally. Turns out it was just thrown into the wrong bin and ended up elsewhere.
I did not receive my entire order.
Tracking details attached. I do not understand what could have happened. The order was placed at the same time to the exact same place.

Why has no one answered? It's been a couple of times I purchased, but it comes in something of very bad quality.
All the sprinkles are falling down; it looks like filler.
The store tried to return the item. Please, someone should answer the customer service.

This is the second time this has happened to me and Im concerned that I may have been a victim of a delivery error and potentially theft. I received a notification from Shein stating that my package had been delivered with photo proof.
However, after checking the exact location where the delivery driver should have left it, I couldnt find it. I asked my family and neighbors if they had seen or taken the package behind my behalf , but no one has seen it or took it. This is frustrating because the issue isn't with the delivery person, but rather that my package was left at my door and someone took it. As a result, I never received my order.
I work hard to purchase these items, and it's frustrating to have them stolen. The delivery driver provided proof of delivery to my door. I would like a refund for the order I never received. This has happened to me before in 2024, and I believe I've been a victim of theft again.
I would appreciate it if you could review my past orders on my account as this has happened before.
But in this case, I have photo proof that the package was delivered, but I still cant find it. I strongly believe that my package was stolen after delivery, and Im forced to request a full refund for the order that I unfortunately never received.

Verified ReviewerSweater explosion cost me $1000 and shein refuses to refund my order
I washed my entire order along with some of my own expensive clothes when a sweater exploded in the wash. This incident embedded thousands of fibers in everything, infesting my whole house and ruining my washing machine, which cost me upwards of $1000.
Shein is refusing to refund my order without me sending everything back, despite having photographic proof. I am unable to send it back as I have a disability and already disposed of much of it because the fibers were infesting my entire house.

There were missing items in the package delivered. Seven customized insulated cups were missing.
I contacted the shipper, but they told me they shipped what was handed over to them by the vendor and advised I engage the vendor. I engaged Shein, but they are sending me back to the shipper, stating that they packaged all my items and that there must have been items missing in transit.
I asked how that is my business; they either refund me or send the items. That was the last I heard from them.

I need my refund and I have after pay how will these payments be reimbursed. I have two orders both after pay and I return items from both order when will my money be reimbursed and not a store credit because I dont want anything else from SHEIN the clothing is terrible quality! I returned an item for a refund. The item is unwashed, unworn, the tags are still attached, and there are no tears or defects with the item - it is exactly as I received it. Yet, the refund was refused, and they charged me $20 to return it to me.
I have contacted customer service more than three times to inform them that a mistake has been made. Each time, the representative, Sienna, states she cannot provide details of the reason the item was refused for a refund and then directs me to the Refund Policy.
I have emailed their service department and legal department with no response.
What kind of business can't justify a refused refund?

This company is a SCAM! They delivered to some random house in another city and wont answer phone calls.

Package was taken after being delivered
i ordered a package for 200 dollars got an email my package was delivered asked for a parent to look outside for my package a few minutes later my package wasnt there i ask to check again still no package look on my phone a picture of my package at my door showing it was delivered then footage from a neighbour was given to me showing the delivery guy had left with my package but we dont know if it was for sure him but i am still very disappointed

Before a week ago, I returned my order and I didnt receive the refund and yesterday I spoke with customer service and they told me that my return is cancelled in the system and they cant return my money back. Its $166. I can send the return label I send it with a staples Canada Now Im in the staple and they cant give me the bill return bill because its paperless bill so what should I do now?
