I am in complete disgust with your customer service and your fake product. To start, the product does not match the description at all.
The material is beyond cheap; I wouldn't even use it to clean my house. I have contacted many numbers associated with your poorly made business, yet no confirmation. Words fail to describe how infuriated and disappointed I am with my order. Your incompetence has caused me to regret ever downloading SHEIN.
Your product is unbearably cheap and itchy against my skin; I could go dumpster diving and find materials of higher quality. I want to return it and get a complete refund! This product was not worth my money at all; I hope this company reflects on their wrongdoings.

After several attempts I finally resolved this by myself. No help from customer service at shein .
I called Shein customer service , no one answering the phone or the phone was busy all the time,no one offered to help and on the chat service wanted to charge me 68 dollars to get an answer from them so I had to cancel my credit card so would not get charged,very annoying. All I wanted was a code to return..Anyway I had to drive 45 minutes away from my place to finally get to a place that possibly could return these items to Shein but surprise nobody was there.

Well, I know its a scam cause I havent received anything if you do enter flash grab you can choose your prizes, but dont think youre actually gonna get them. You cant enter the contest unless you purchase something, but you cant return it if you enter the contest so please dont be disappointed if you dont get anything.
