Disappointed regarding Customer Service for new customers!

I called regarding the 1st order that i received, find out that one of the 5 items was the wrong one, but the Customer Service was disappointing. I am not entice to order again!

I have returned the wrong item and I really would like my credit. I wouldve loved to speak with somebody and explain what I did..

Im not too computer friendly. It would be nice to have someone to speak with and explain everything, overall I really like buying through SHEIN.

I just need SHEIN to help me out my package was delivered by Uni and it was stolen in just a couple of hours, I need SHEIN to know that this delivery service is not worth using they leave the package just toss it anywhere they don’t knock on the door, the email notices come in later then the delivery times and they snap a photo and just walk away, to me a delivery is making sure you knock on the door and if no one answers then you don’t leave the parcel just like that, no responsibility at all. No o e is getting back to me and no one is helping out, a lot of the things in that order was for my work, I work with special needs adults we buy alot of stuff to keep the entertained and now I’m out of the stuff and out 123 dollars because delivery services don’t do things right, who is responsible and who is going help me, why are delivery companies not being held responsible, Amazon must be one of the best around, I will not order from SHEIN anymore because if they came guarantee safe delivery I’m not waiting my money because I work very hard for it
